About the role:


We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the Content Solutions team, ensuring that media deliveries, content, and creator deliverables outlined in proposals occur as agreed with clients.

Additionally, the project manager must maintain communication with cross-functional partners, the sales team, and internal/external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and ensure the successful delivery of brand projects in Content Solutions that require outsourced production.
  • Establish strong strategic partnerships with sales teams, agencies, crossfunctional partners, and clients.
  • Manage and communicate deadlines with crossfunctional partners and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Lead project management and creative review for all content solutions and commercial projects.
  • Cocreate with the planning team and execute projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and activities necessary to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage the project team (internal and external): Allocate appropriate resources to assist in project management (external), assign tasks and responsibilities, supervise team activities, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.
  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring that goals are achieved within established timelines and resources.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, sales team, other PMs, clients, vendors, and other involved parties. Ensure collaboration and alignment among all parties involved in the project.
  • Risk management: Identify and evaluate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and take preventive measures to minimize negative impacts. Manage changes in project scope and resolve issues that may arise during execution.
  • Participate in project launches for the sales team, addressing questions about deliverables and the project process.
  • Participate in client meetings, provide support in followup communications, and define next steps.
  • Gain insights from data and use that data to make recommendations and inform future plans and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in agencies, marketing, operations, project management, or programs.
  • Background in communication, content management, and production.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Work experience in a global organization, design teams, audiovisual production companies,
external agencies, and with cross functional partners.

  • Experience in different content formats video, images, text, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, across different departments.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to go beyond the job description and have a desire to learn.
  • Experience in a startup or in the media/advertising industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to write and converse in Spanish & English (for spanish to support the LATAM market, for english due to the requirement of the business)
