Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant:


We are seeking a highly skilled and communicative Virtual Assistant with extensive experience in social media marketing, proficiency in ClickFunnels, Kajabi, and ActiveCampaign, and excellent English language skills to join our team.

In this role, the Virtual Assistant will work closely with our Director of Marketing, assisting in social media management and providing support to our network of dealers.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the setup process.
  • Follow up with dealers to ensure successful implementation of the product and provide ongoing assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with dealers, demonstrating patience and persistence in resolving any issues or challenges.
  • Keep detailed records of all communications and interactions with dealers, including followup actions and outcomes.
  • Available during specific hours assigned to a designated region, with access to a quiet environment for accepting calls and conducting phonebased tasks.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in social media marketing
  • Advanced proficiency in ClickFunnels, Kajabi, and ActiveCampaign.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with dealers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred.
  • Persistence and resilience in handling phonebased interactions, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
