Pre-Sales Consultant (Bilingual)We are seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to support the commercial team in advising strategic clients and designing innovative, competitive telecommunications solutions.
This is a high-visibility role involving cross-functional coordination and participation in strategic, company-impacting projects.Responsibilities
Support the commercial team in providing technical advisory to strategic clients.
Define technical solutions in collaboration with pre-sales, network, operations teams, and technology partners.
Design technically and economically viable proposals that deliver innovative and competitive solutions.
Assist in client presentations and preparation of bid/tender documentation.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in high-impact strategic projects.
Participate in client meetings and technical negotiations.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and/or pre-selling telecommunications solutions for enterprises.
Experience in client-facing roles: presentations, negotiations, and customer engagement.
Strong technical knowledge of enterprise services such as: Fixed and mobile networks, Voice services, Collaboration solutions, Cloud, Cybersecurity, 5G networks
Professional English (written and spoken).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Consultor/a Pre-Venta para acompañar al equipo comercial en el asesoramiento técnico de clientes estratégicos, participando en el diseño de soluciones innovadoras y diferenciales dentro del sector telecomunicaciones.
Se trata de un rol con alta visibilidad, interacción con múltiples áreas y participación en proyectos estratégicos de gran impacto.
FuncionesAcompañar al equipo comercial en el asesoramiento técnico a clientes estratégicos.
Definir la solución técnica adecuada junto a los equipos de preventa, red, operaciones y partners tecnológicos.
Diseñar propuestas técnica y económicamente viables, innovadoras y competitivas.
Apoyar en la elaboración de presentaciones y documentación de respuesta a pliegos.
Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios en proyectos estratégicos de alto impacto.
Participar en reuniones con clientes, presentaciones y procesos de negociación técnica.
Requisitos
Experiencia mínima de 4 años en diseño y/o preventa de soluciones de telecomunicaciones para empresas.
Experiencia en interlocución con clientes:
presentaciones, negociaciones y orientación al cliente.
Conocimiento técnico de servicios orientados a Grandes Empresas, tales como: Redes fijas y móviles, Servicios de voz, Soluciones de colaboración, Cloud, Ciberseguridad, Redes 5G
Inglés profesional (oral y escrito).
Formación:
Ingeniero/a Técnico o Superior en Telecomunicaciones o Informática.
