Marketing Services and Performance Partner (MS&P)

  • Provides backoffice support to Aviation Sales Managers in the bidtocontract process during annual bid season, negotiation of renewed and new business, and development of longterm, positive customer relationship. Responsible for data integrity (including costs) of analysis and output. Creates some adhoc regional and customer presentations that will be used in communicating business offerings to customers as a part of negotiations process and ongoing contact.
  • Ensures marketing activities are documented accordingly. Contracts, opportunities and tenders are documented in COMPASS (Chevron Operations Management Planning & Aviation Sales System).
  • Responsible in Contract Management and Administration. Prepares and ensures contracts are created and fully executed in a timely manner. Coordinates with Compliance and/or Legal to ensure contract language and terms are consistent with corporate policies and guidelines. Submits finalized and validated agreements to U.S. based team member for execution (signature on behalf of the Products Company).
  • Prepares and ensures completeness and accuracy of Outcome Reports for account setup. Manages and validates duties, taxes and fees for North America locations. Oversees and coordinates with crossfunctional teams (e.g., Tax, Credit, Supply, Terminal, CGA, etc.) for master data and pricing setup / maintenance.
  • Acts as point of contact for respective Aviation Sales Manager and customers for any inquiries regarding tenders, bids, accounts, loading issues, airport setups, deliveries, invoicing and payments concerns.
  • Provides full range of analytical activities that support and enhance the sales efforts of the Managers. Understands and actively utilizes the fundamentals of financial analysis/ customer business drivers. Manages and supports the Marketing programs.
  • Understands how customer relationships impacts AVIATION strategic objectives and market drivers.
  • Works with key stakeholders to establish and manage metrics and SLAs to meet customer requirements and organization objectives.
  • Provides ad hoc reports and dashboards for the customers and the Aviation Sales Managers.

Required qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree holder or advanced student
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce
  • Good in oral and written communication
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Keen on details
  • Can multitask and work independently
  • Team Player
  • Advanced English level
  • Working and communicate with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

Preferred qualifications:


  • Degree in Business Administration
