We are a U.S. based air quality company expanding rapidly nationwide through new franchise locations. We are looking for an Operations Manager that can help us oversee the operations of the entire organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daytoday accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the growth and success of the company
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other financial regulations
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
  • Support the executive team in strategic decision making by providing financial analysis and insights
  • Review and track project status for all projects under development and relay key information to Senior Leadership
  • Ensure development budgets, contract payments, and commitments are not exceeded

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting and financial management
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Pay:
$200, $273,000.00 per month
