    How will you contribute to our magical experience?

    The BI Sales Research Sr Manager's goal is to develop regional & local expertise to support TWDC multiplatform ecosystem with actionable information, data analytics and market trends in order to maximize our performance and revenue for our multiplatform (lineal and non-audience) in Home and OOH business across the region.

    The BI Sales Research Manager will be responsible for:
    • Engage with key clients to support and develop the primary research business stream to achieve client's needs with innovative and profitable research proposals.
    • Be part of brainstorming sessions with sales when digesting a brief, working hand in hand with planning and creative to deliver proposals.
    • Provide and Support using qualitative and quantitative data to position the various platforms of the company as a strong, revenue-producing brand, marketing key demographics that relate to major advertisers. Conduct specific projects using external vendors, which allow the incremental revenue in each TWDC's business.
    • Oversee and manage special projects with external vendors from the LATAM region by monitoring key timelines and details, including recruitment of respondents, survey development, data output and report delivery.
    • Provide feedback to the requests from internal customers, interpreting the appropriate data and communicating the results along with necessary presentations, tables, charts and graphs. Develop storylines with analysis of media and consumer research studies.
    • Develop, interpret and compile findings and insights from various research sources (syndicated, social listening, primary research, etc.) of LATAM industries and consumer trends of key advertisers to enhance the value of TWDC LATAM sales strategies.
    Experience, Skills & Key Competences:
    • +8 years of Experience in media (preferred)
    • Advanced English (is a must), Portuguese (preferred ) and Spanish (native or advanced)
    • Degree in Business Intelligence, Data analytics and Business Careers with orientation on Communications or marketing related field preferred.
    • Proven experience and solid knowledge managing large amount of data.
    • Strong Strategic Thinking - Engaging in broad, complex and conceptual planning and thinking.
    • Analytical and Creative Acumen - Transforming consumer insights and data into problem-solve actionable strategies and tactics.
    • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
    • Strong Presentation and Communication Skills - Clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
    • Solid capacity to develop partnerships, lead and implement pioneering projects, coordinate and motivate staff.
    • Flexible to manage many simultaneous projects involving cross-functional projects and multicultural teams.
    • Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks and changing deadlines.
    • Fosters continues improvement, customer oriented and results driven.
    Technical skills:
    • Market research tools expertise Digital tools analytics metrics, Adobe Analytics & Comscore, Tubular, Netbase, AD Quality, Global Web index, Kantar Media tools.
