    Your New Role

    As a Software Engineer II on Entertainment Digital Team, you will make significant contributions supporting the cloud strategy of the company to potentiate digital products and delivers a great user experience to our final users.

    You will be one of the DevOps responsible of operating and maintaining cloud infrastructure mostly (but not exclusively) in Amazon Web Services, acting as key point of reference within the team resolving technical and operative queries from the business, providing support and performing troubleshooting using escalation procedures and collaborating with internal and external parties.

    This position will also contribute as Operational Support, detecting, resolving system and performance issues through effective administration of monitoring and alerting configuration, solving problems proactively, using escalation procedures and working cooperatively with other teams, meeting service level agreements and maintaining security compliance, at the same of working continuously to improve the platform.

    Your Role Accountabilities

    • Work primarily in modern cloud services using AWS (Amazon Web Services) maintaining production and non-production systems.
    • Contribute to the code & architecture reviews and champion best practices for the organization by defining and evolving engineering standards.
    • Support the development teams in managing AWS accounts, Docker configuration and communication tools.
    • Working in Agile methodologies for organized and distributed work within the team
    • Must demonstrate professionalism in the creation and standardization of documentation.
    • Work cooperatively with other teams, meeting service level agreements maintaining compliance and remediating security vulnerabilities.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 3+ years of experience working with other DevOps on a cloud production system.
    • Advanced level of written and spoken English
    • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as a Code platforms / patterns (AWS CDK, Cloud Formation, Terraform, Troposphere), continuous delivery systems as Jenkins, Code Pipeline, and Familiarity with at least one or more programming or scripting languages, including bash, Python, Java, Go and NodeJS.
    • Good knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and advanced implementation and troubleshooting of web applications.
    • Experience with performance monitoring and analytics tools like Datadog, New Relic, or similar.
    • Ability to review group or company level priorities (such as OKRs) breaking down problems into meaningful tasks and solutions working with peers within the team cross-functionally across the organization.
    • Deep industry experience with modern development technologies, and hands-on familiarity with both client and server technology.
    • You understand the constraints of working with a growing team and thrive in an environment that is fast paced.

    Desirable

    • Experience in Security and/or DevSecOps
    • Experience with writing Terraform modules.
    • Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
