- Assist VIP customers with great service, including outside of core working hours.
- Support document requests as required by local compliance.
- Continually examine the value proposition offered to customers by competitors, ensuring we stay ahead of the game.
- Work with the central team to propose and plan experiences and promotions that are of interest to our customers.
- Taking responsibility for increasing your product and brand knowledge, proactively sharing new features and products to relevant customers where such would be of interest.
- Several years' experience managing a portfolio of clients in either a KAM gaming team, or in a consumer facing organisation that demands the very best customer experience
- In depth knowledge of segmentation, CRM, and campaigns
- Ability to build a VIP management strategy
- Passionate about sports and casino
- Excellent communications skills and an eye for detail are a must.
- Native level communication ability in Spanish & English, both in speaking and writing.
- Have a burning desire to provide the ultimate player experience.
