Position at a glance: This position will work in Evalueserve Chile supporting consulting team of a global business advisory firm. The firm provides wide array of services including financial advisory, business consulting, information management, company turnaround and restructuring, leadership and organization effectiveness assessment. The position requires working on projects across industries and to be able to collect, analyze and present data through secondary research including usage of third party databases. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in business research with the strong financial analysis skills. The candidate should have excellent problem solving ability and strong analytical skills. He/she should also have good communication skills and would be required to interact with consultants over phone and email. The candidate will: • Execute research requests including industry research, detailed company profiles, company screening, financial benchmarking, capital structure analysis, M&A deal runs & league table, PE buyer and portfolio analysis, newsletter and other adhoc research. • Provide valuation support including trading and M&A transaction comparables. • Nature of requests would be a mix of quick turnaround same day (few hours) and long (few days) requests. • The job requires interacting with senior consultants in client organization (US) hence strong communication skills (both written and oral) is essential. • Active participation in and contribution to team discussion on problem solving, brainstorming, effective approaches to deal with project-specific issues. • Will be required to work on third party financial and business databases.

Reporting to the country General Manager, the Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the COUNTRY’S Channel and Trade marketing efforts, working directly with the Brand and Sales teams as well as Distributors and Customers, applying relationship management and multilevel communication skills to drive and coordinated common goals and efforts. ? Key responsibilities include the definition of the Channel Strategy for our portfolio of brand and products based on shopper understanding with final objective to drive sell out and margin growth. Key measures should include channel assortment and planogram improvement, distribution gains, store space and visibility improvement, sell out and margin growth. He /She will be also responsible for the creation of joint business plans for key clients and channels in coordination with key account manager, as well as help on acceptance of price changes. ? Overall channel strategy for our brand and products ? Category Management working with each brand manager (planogram, promotion, merchandizing, communication ) for key accounts or special projects ? Define Store space and visibility strategies and plans to promote the products in store by right placement in category, out of category or extra displays ? Work closely with the Marketing Intelligence team and other functions to gather product and channel insights, whilst serve as an active source of market trends, trade insights, distributors priorities/needs, channel opportunities and programs/campaigns effectiveness. ? Trade/Channel/Customer advocate: ? Support communication to partners for sales enablement through sales tools, website content, collateral development training, and demand generation initiatives. ? Communicate back concerns of customers on pricing, product listing, promotions, etc. ? Communicate and align with different functions to better deliver the trade support services and inside sales activities to channel partners and end-users.
