Victoria Tausk

My project management expertise and thematic focuses are based in academic research 6+ years of NGO experience across three continents. My professional strengths draw upon both administrative and field responsibilities varying acrossissue areas such as: food insecurity, conservation, sustainable agricultural production, democratization, and rural business development.

As an American Argentine, my multicultural perspective brings effective and efficient communication skills to every workplace. My energetic and open personality further refines my outreach and donor relations management skills, making me a warm and valuable team player. I developed these qualities further during my 1.5 years with the E-Collaborative for Civic Education as project manager and coordinator.

Through over six years working administratives roles at various NGOs, I became a key team player by developing my organizational, communication, and writing skills until they became my greatest strengths. 

My experience and passion for mission driven causes helped me thrive at the E-Collaborative for Civic Education (ECCE), a U.S. State Department funded human rights NGO. After nine months I was promoted from Project Coordinator to Manager, allowing me to further grow as a professional. At ECCE, my position broke down into three main roles: internal tracker, donor liaison, and deliverables designer. 

Project management has become an area of expertise and curiosity for me. I hope to further develop my skills transitioning from the public to private sector. 

Graduated from American University in Washington D.C. in 2022 with a Bachelor's from the International School of Service and 3.7 GPA, while receiving the Dean's Scholarship for all for years. 
Within International Studies, the bulk of my coursework and research centered on sustainability and human rights. 

Throughout my life, I held a passion for food that takes form of a cooking hobby in my personal life. In the professional life, this passion has grown into the belief that access to nutritious food through sustainable food systems should be within reach for all.
