Milagros Duran

My name is Milagros Duran, and I hold a degree in Psychology. I consider myself a flexible, empathetic, and creative professional. I have the ability to work in a team, resolve conflicts, adapt to change, and communicate effectively. Additionally, I am results-oriented.

Currently, I am actively seeking a new professional challenge in the field of Human Resources and Recruitment within an organization where I can apply the knowledge I have gained through my experience and education. My goal is to continue my professional and personal growth.

My name is Milagros Durán, psychologist. I finished my studies in December 2019 and during 2021 I started to practice and gain experience in the clinical area.

In june 2021 i started working as a Clinical psychology in a psychiatric hospital. I am in charge of interviewing and examining patients. I work with other professionals such as doctors, psychiatrists, etc.

On the other hand, for the last, I became interested in recruitment and selection of personnel. I've also finished some courses on IT área such as web development and Javascript. I also started working as a coordinator/MANAGER of a mental health institution, Im working in the human resources area , doing research, recruitment and selection of generalist staff and in charge of the onboarding of the new staff. I manage the meetings with the staff once a month to discuss situations that arise, solve problems, receive and give feedback about the work during that month and I am also in charge of several administrative tasks related to the health insurance of our clients, among other things.

I also recently started working as a sourcer and recruiter for a consulting firm . Here, I am in charge of Sourcing, Recruiting and selecting different types of IT and generalist profiles as well as handling the Filtering and pre-selecting of candidate's CVs through advanced Boolean searches and profile surveys.  On the other hand, I also design flyers for the publication of job offers on social networks. I'm responsible for the first contact with the candidate (via telephone screening and video calls). Lastly, I manage the Coordination and handling of interviews, the Issuance of reports of interviewed candidates, the Registration and follow-up as well as Providing feedback to said candidates.
