Mariano Balakuniec

Currently, as a Design Manager, I'm leading the design team of EY on ICBC. We are working on different types of projects, providing research, service design, content writing and interaction design. We are 17 people in my team. 

Also I'm leading the design community that we made to support the whole design team (improving their knowledge and skills) and to foster the identity of the design team in the agile environment where they are working in squads with devs, POs,  Scrums, etc.

I'm creating the standards of our practice, I made an UX Metrics Framework and now I'm working in a new design process that combines Goal Directed Design of Alan Cooper with the agile methodology. It is not easy, but I'm enjoying the challenge of building a talk between two different worlds.

I studied Communication Sciences and took courses about content and UX.
