As a Freelance Tech Recruiter & Headhunter, my job is to look for profiles that best match the client's needs, always with the most requested technologies and tools on the market.

Some of my daily tasks are:

Sourcing and contact with candidates.
Screening, 1:1 interviews with candidates.
Writing interview reports (Spanish & English).
Monitoring and feedback of candidates.
Coordination of interviews with the client.
