  • Led, coordinated and resourced the implementation project of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications for Oracle Payables and Oracle Payments for 120+ Oracle’s subsidiaries. 
  • Led, coordinated and resourced the implementation project of Oracle Fusion Applications v1 for Oracle Payables and Oracle Payments for 20+ Oracle’s OFSS subsidiaries.
  • Led and coordinated upgrade project to Oracle eBusiness Suite v12.1.3 for Accounts Payable, Oracle Payments, iExpenses and Procurement/iProcurement.
  • Led the implementation of the eBusiness Suite v12 upgrade project for Accounts Payables and Oracle Payments coordinating tasks for 10+ resources in the project. Including assessing impact, hosting periodic meetings with Product Development, resourcing conversion tasks for existing customizations/extensions and the conversion tasks for existing interfaces with Oracle Payables. Coordinated internal training through transfer of knowledge sessions within the team on Accounts Payable, e-Business Tax, Subledger Accounting and Oracle Payments.
  • Led and coordinated the upgrade projects for Accounts Payable application globally.
  • Led and coordinated the development and implementation of Banking solutions for Oracle offices worldwide (Citibank (APAC & LAD/CA), ABN Amro (EMEA), Wells Fargo and Bank of America (US).
  • Led and coordinated the implementation of XML Invoicing for suppliers and get on board biggest suppliers worldwide.
  • Led and coordinated the development and implementation of Accounts Payable Auditing module including user interface, reports and alerts to cover business auditing needs.
  • Led the implementation of DBI (Intelligence) for Accounts Payables, phase I & II.

Support Management/Help Desk Management

  • Performed incidents and problems management for all financial applications within my scope. Tracked and managed service requests through CRM application.
  • Ensured high levels of satisfaction of service delivery by performing and implementing support metrics for analysis, trends review and solutions implementation. Defined applications support KPIs and monitored SLAs. Conducted quarterly meetings with business and IT management to present results and strategies.
  • Ensured high quality patching activities by reviewing patches, planning, testing coordination and progression through build test/development, UAT, staging environments.
  • Led knowledge management activities and documentation for the team based on the support efforts and lessons learned.
  • Hosted periodic meetings with Product Development teams to address critical issues impacting application usage, and followed up on patches delivery
  • Led and coordinated the tasks for testing automation using an internal tool (ATS) for a set of applications under a QA program.
  • Led and coordinated the applications support efforts and strategies post Oracle eBusiness Suite v12 implementation and Oracle eBusiness Suite v12.1.3 upgrade.
  • Supported Oracle Applications modules Accounts Payable, Purchasing, iExpense, and iProcurement for users at Global Finance Center in India.
  • Supported Oracle Applications modules Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, General Ledger, iExpense, iProcurement and Human Resources for users at the Americas Shared Service Center (US, CA y LAD), bilingual support (English/Spanish) 
  • Supported Oracle Applications v10.7 modules Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Human Resources modules.

 

Applications Development

 

  • Developed customs/extensions on Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms and PL/SQL as required by business to support business processes.
  • Created and implemented Discoverer repositories (BI) for different lines of business: Consulting, Sales, HCM.
  • Created documentation of implemented solutions and conducted user training.
  • Designed and presented solutions to business requirements to improve and/or automate processes, including quality assurance and deployment plans.

Product Management

  • Attended periodic meetings with product development teams to review/provide inputs/raise concerns about future application releases.
  • Responsible for creation of roadmaps for delivery of new functionalities and key fixes.
  • Performed patches review, code review, coordination of testing and progression through build test/development, UAT, staging and production environments.
  • Owned the role Accounts Payable Global Application Owner responsible of the application support, implementation, development and coordination of global resources and projects for Accounts Payable for Oracle offices worldwide.

 

 

System Integrations/Migrations

 

  • Assisted, supported, resourced and coordinated tasks and resources for systems integration Supply Chain/Financials for moving acquired companies’ business into Oracle's applications. ie. Sun Microsystems, PeopleSoft, Siebel.
  • Worked in the applications consolidation project for Oracle subsidiaries worldwide into a Single Instance to roll out Oracle Applications v11 for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, General Ledger, iExpense, Procurement and Human Resources applications.
  • Developed integration and migration strategies for data processing based on business requirements and policies.
