From a very young age, I have been passionately immersed in the world of technology.

My curiosity led me to modify systems, repair various devices, and constantly explore advanced modifications to enhance their capabilities.

In 2020, I was incredibly fortunate to receive a scholarship to Google's Information Technology Specialist programme in partnership with Junior Achievement.
This specialisation provided me with invaluable technical knowledge covering computer fundamentals, hardware, computer networking, operating systems, system administration and cybersecurity.

Currently, I am enthusiastically pursuing Google's Cybersecurity Specialist certification.
I am honing my skills to protect networks, devices and data from cyber threats.
 

It's also good to add that I have completed the first course in Database Analysis, gaining essential spreadsheet and SQL skills.
 

I look forward to using my passion and knowledge of Technology and Cyber-security to make a significant contribution to the success of any organisation.

Course 1: Basics of Technical Assistance

After completing this course, I've gained a solid understanding of information technology. I can assemble a computer from scratch and choose the right operating system. I grasp how the binary system functions and how applications operate on a computer. Furthermore, I've developed skills in troubleshooting and customer service in IT environments.
 

Course 2: The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networks

Upon finishing this course, I have a comprehensive knowledge of computer networks. I can describe networks in terms of layers and understand TCP/IP protocols. I'm familiar with tools and techniques for network troubleshooting and comprehend how crucial services like DNS and DHCP work. Moreover, I have a strong grasp of cloud computing and cloud storage.
 

Course 3: Operating Systems and You; Becoming an Advanced User

Upon completion of this course, I'm an advanced user of operating systems. I can navigate through file systems in both Windows and Linux, both through graphical interfaces and command lines. I'm capable of managing users, configuring software, and working with disk partitions. My understanding of system processes and remote connection tools enables me to effectively troubleshoot issues.

Course 4: Systems Administration and IT Infrastructure Services

Concluding this course, I've progressed in systems administration and IT services. I have the ability to select suitable hardware and services for my organization, and I comprehend how essential infrastructure services operate. I can manage servers and cloud resources, back up data, and recover infrastructure in critical situations.

Course 5: Cybersecurity; Defense Against Digital Dark Arts:

Following this training, I've become an expert defender in IT security. I understand encryption concepts and how they're applied to safeguard data. I can assess risks and apply practices to secure networks. My knowledge spans from firewalls to Wi-Fi encryption, and I've learned to design robust security architectures and promote a security-conscious culture in my environment.

GOOGLE CYBERSECURITY

I have completed the first course out of the 8 in Google's Cybersecurity specialization and am currently continuing my studies.

The specialization covers the significance of cybersecurity practices for organizations, the identification and mitigation of risks and vulnerabilities, and the use of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to protect networks, devices, people, and data.
