Work Experience

03.2022 - nowadays – Head of climate security fund

Responsibilities:

- team management

- initiation of fund projects, risk and prospects assessment for implementation, development of a roadmap and implementation of projects

-organization of the international competition of children's creativity "climate change through the children’s eyes " (16 participating countries) with the final forum of the solemn awarding

- development of carbon projects (two types of flooding of abandoned peat extraction – «wetlands», mangrove forests, paulownia, triple poplar and "preservation of permafrost")

- for the first time in the world, they initiated a federal-level bill to assign the status of an object of protection to "permafrost"

-presented at COP 26 a short film "permafrost"

- developed a mobile application to bring together eco-activists, lawyers, business and government agencies on one platform in order to quickly and efficiently respond to environmental incidents and minimize damage;

- developed a unique comprehensive independent ESG rating of regions (for more than 200 indicators) and created a platform for consolidated and expertly verified information on the state of the environment and ongoing ESG projects by administrations and businesses

- developed a system for the integrated management of greenhouse gas emissions and an automated system for managing environmental processes for business entities (including the ESG data collector, retrospective analysis, modeling, setting goals and assessing their feasibility).

- writing articles;

- speaking at conferences and expert round tables\panels;

- conducting complex negotiations and building business processes, gathering functional teams and creating MVP.
