  • “Rincón Club, C.T.”, Assistant supervisor. Sales contracting and selling holiday weeks in International Tourism Complexes.

                     “Interval Internacional y R.C.I.”. Team supervisor.   

                    Sales & Post-Sales Administrator.

 

  • “AMARILLA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB”: In charge of the Golf Reception and of the Pro-Shop in the Golf Course. Tasks completed: Events and competitions of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation; ordering technical material; translating the replotting of all the urban areas and edicts of the complex. From March 2001 until November 2004, located in Granadilla de Abona, Tenerife.

 

 

 

 

 

  • “COSTA TEGUISE GOLF”: Recepcionist, organising competitions and clasifications. Tasks completed: Membership sales “membresías” to Golf Club members: Customer Services in the Pro Shop in the Golf course; working with the reservations team and Tour Operators, like TUI. From November 2004 until August 2006 in Lanzarote.

  • “HOTEL RIU PARAISO” (RIU HOTELS 4 STARS): as a receptionist. Hotel with  500 rooms, with a very selective customer service, (mainly German guests). With Customer Satisfaction Surveys every 15 days carried out by the company “my opinión” February 2007 until February 2009

 

  • “HOTEL RUBICON PALACE” (CADENA H10 HOTELS). Job placement: Recepcionist in a 4-star Hotel with 595 rooms. Operating database programme “Navision”.

March 2009 until  june 2010

 

  • “HOTEL GRAN PALACIO GUIA DE ISORA” Job placement: Marketing department, Customer Information y Commercial department of the Sol Meliá Club de Vacaciones. Personal Attention and Customer Fidelity. Tasks as a Public Relations in the hotel from June 2010 until March 2011   

 

  • “APARTHOTEL LOS OLIVOS”: Recepcionist. Tasks completed: Capacity to resolve problems with autonomy, working with Club member for a certain time of the company chain, hotel billing, experience in using the hotel database “Noray”
