Soy un Ingeniero Químico trabajando como Ingeniero de Procesos  donde mi principal objetivo es eliminar pérdidas asociadas a los procesos y/o equipos e impulsar estandarizaciones y la resolución de problemas. 

Mi experiencia como Profesor de Laboratorio Universitario junto con la participación en equipos de investigación multidisciplinarios me ha dado la capacidad para entender, explicar y aplicar conocimientos de distintas áreas de la ciencia y de la industria.

Continuous Improvement Manager – Dreamco, Pilar Plant, Buenos Aires, Argentina                   03/2024 – Present

• Development and monitoring of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Defect Management digital systems of the four plants through Microsoft Sharepoint, Automate, Forms, Power BI and Power Apps.
• Gather and check the different KPIs of Pilar Plant in order to evaluate the results and make improvement plans across all the areas associated with the production of the goods.
• Interact with all departments such as QA, Engineering, SNO, HS&E, Services, HHRR, Planning, etc., to solve the needs of the production lines and streamline processes with these departments. Also interact with other plants to benchmark on shared platforms and processes.
• Support the re-launch of the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and the Preventative Maintenance (PM) pillars in the plant, by developing new standards and Digital Systems for SOPs, OPLs, Defects management, Quality and HS&E triggers.
• Collaborate with the other 3 plants in the standardization, development and training of KPIs, operations Daily Management Meetings, Defect Management, 5S methodology, AM and PM. 

Process Engineer – Procter & Gamble, Pilar Plant, Buenos Aires, Argentina                                       05/2023 – 03/2024

• Interact with all departments such as QA, Engineering, SNO, HS&E, Services, HHRR, Planning, etc., to solve the needs of the production lines and streamline processes with these departments. Also interact with other plants to benchmark on shared platforms and processes.
• Lead the successful implementation and execution of the PCS (Process Control Strategy) master plan.
• Be a technical reference in the operation by analyzing and solving the most complex failures, conducting root cause investigations of critical and/or recurring failures and creating systemic plans that prevent recurrences of said failures.
• Responsible for the RE (Reliability Engineering) tools, which focus on predicting the PR (Process Reliability) of the initiatives and on the continuous evaluation of the PR of different production lines to find places for improvement in the efficiency of the processes.
• Lead the installation and implementation of a new bottle checkweigher for the Pantene line, writing the protocols and reports for the validation of the system and achieving the proposed KPIs for the project, such as reducing the stops per day; improve the PR in month 2, 0 bottles out of specification.

Quality Control Analyst – Laboratorios Fabra S.A., Buenos Aires, Argentina                                      12/2020 - 05/2023

• Conduct testing and analysis of pharmaceutical raw materials, in-process and finished product to analyze various parameters like, wet chemistry, dissolution, impurities, related substances, potency, using various technical instruments like HPLC, ultraviolet spectrometry, TLC, Infra-red spectrometry, KF, Polarimeter, pH, Conductivity, TOC, Manual Titrations, Auto Titrators. 
• To adequately document the activities to assure the fulfillment with the cGMP procedures, the good practices of documentation and the current standard operative procedures.
• Update and create the Excel Sheets that are being used to process the results of the HPLC analysis (Purity, Assay, Limits, Dissolutions, Uniformity).
• HPLC Training and Mentoring to new analysts in the QC group. (Lab Solutions and Empower software)

Quality Control Analyst – SANYO COLOR S.A., Buenos Aires, Argentina                                             08/2019 - 12/2020

• Quality control of dyes, pigments and paints using Colorimetry (UV/Vis Spectroscopy), pH, Viscosity, Refractometry.
