-Support the Project Leader (PL) in identifying, implementing, reviewing, and

Operations Leader by managing internal systems, setting up processes, and
executing day-to-day data analysis and reporting on the operational study status.
-Act as the primary point of contact between various project resources facilitating
effective communication and coordination.
-Oversee the implementation of the Quality Plan, performing Project
Management-related quality checks on the study in accordance with the Quality
Plan, in close cooperation with the PL (e.g., Study Manual, CRF completion
guidelines).
-Manage assigned tools, including the setup and maintenance of the recruitment
planning tool.
-Assist the PL and COL in establishing study-specific payment procedures, as
required.
-Participate in sponsor meetings providing support and ensure compliance with
project-specific requirements.
 

Phase I-II studies support for Sudafrica team Pilot (Oct/16 to Nov/17)
My participation in this project covered a range of tasks:
• Collecting, registering and archiving information and documents in accordance
with the applicable good clinical practice;
• Preparing investigator site files, trial master files (TMF) and electronic trial
master files (eTMF) for the initiation of participating centres;
• Identifying needs, bottlenecks and deviations within the study team;
• Participating in project follow-up meetings;
• Attend sponsor metting and generate meeting minutes;
• Assist Project Lead (PL) with the tracking and management of study timelines
to achieve project milestones.
