OBJECTIVES

Planning, execution and follow-up of Education initiatives as a Cross-Functional area of the Meta ASP Program, in its Internal Capabilities pillar and with focus on other markets outside Latam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Integrate Meta's training offerings to the education program for our internal teams.
Ensure that the internal team remains 100% certified.
Ensure that the induction process for new team members meet the objectives in a timely manner.
Ensure understanding of the Sales Excellence process.
Attend orders from other markets (outside Latam).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in conducting virtual and facetoface training.'
Fluent English.
Ability to design and standardize training processes.
Methodical, organized, analytical, meticulous, detail oriented and oriented to achieve quality in the processes in charge and their results.
