We are looking for an experienced and fluent in English

Enterprise Support Engineer for an important Fintech.

What you will be doing

Help customers and vendors by researching & troubleshooting software or hardware issues
Work with development engineers and business stakeholders to recommend and resolve issues
Provides accurate & timely updates on issues relating to incident management and support
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Ensure issues and troubleshooting steps are properly logged
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Work to improve system resilience, including both failover and disaster recovery capabilities
Implement automated support processes
Implement and monitor mitigating controls such as alerts

SQL queries writing skills - intermediate
