"Your day to day"

  • Act as IT service and solution support for factorybased systems in Argentina (Manufacturing, Leaf, Quality, Warehouse Management, Open+)
  • Collaborate with Central IT product teams to deploy enhance (and cocreate) global PMI Operations solutions.
  • Support PMI Integrated Manufacturing systems by understanding the digital tools/process/areas of knowledge of the OPEN+ Methodology.
  • As a technology business partner to the PMI Operations function implement business initiatives in a professional, efficient, and creative approach.

Who we are looking for:

  • University degree in Computer Sciences. Alternatively, a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent, with additional certificates, degrees.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working in a team delivering IT operations/services.
  • Experience in IT Project management and IT Service Management
  • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills, including the ability to effectively communicate architectural issues and concepts to multiple organization levels.
  • Great teammate with demonstrable ability to motivate teams and lead through influence
  • Ability to understand code written in one of the major programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C#, Other)
  • Confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive execution with mínimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals.
  • Understanding fundamentals of cloud technologies and systems integration concepts
  • Ability to work handson in technology.
  • Preferable experience in ITSM(ServiceNow)
  • ITIL certification.
  • Microsoft SQL tools, SQL Server.
The following are considered an advantage

  • Experience in manufacturing /leaf/ logistics processes and systems in a factorybased environment.
  • Training, Certifications, or credentials in the following areas: Project Management (PMP, other), Agile (Scrum, Safe, Other), Cloud Computing (AWS), DevOps, Integration Platforms (Mulesoft)
  • Knowledge in Security vulnerability management (Application of patches, coordination of external teams, definition of actions, and preparation of action plan)
  • AWS Cloud Practioner
