We are a German accommodation company which is specialised in offering accommodations of various sizes in different locations.

Our aim is to provide our clients with a home in a strange city and make their staying the most comfortable.

We want our guests to enjoy their trip without any hassle and rely on the high-quality services provided by us.

At this point we are looking for an experience
Customer Support Specialist to welcome to our team.


Your responsibilities will be:


  • Answering chat messages of our guests
  • Answering phone calls of guests
  • Working with webbased IT systems like reservations systems, online keyless access systems, call center solution
  • Troubleshooting and solving guest problems with our team

Our future customer service manager has these characteristics:

  • High English level (C1) and German (C1)
  • Work experience as a customer service
  • Quick comprehension and organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Stress resistance
  • Sense of responsibility for apartments and guests
  • A great advantage will be if you are familiar with programs like PMS "Guesty", CLINQ call center workOS and have experience in hospitality.

  • We have 3 options of work shifts 6 am pm CET; 2 pm pm CET and 11 pm 7 am CET

Salary:
$193, $215,000.00 per month
