ChampionX has an immediate need for a
Human Resources Analyst in our Global Human Resources Function group located in
Buenos Aires, Argentina.


In this role, you will provide day-to-day administration support of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training and personnel administration.

What You Will Do:


  • Provide collaborative support with team and regional HR partners.
  • Responsible for daytoday administration of policies, processes, programs, and transactions covering the following:
  • Full-cycle of recruitment and onboarding,
  • Benefits administration,
  • Training and development,
  • Payroll and administration.
  • Serve as a resource to managers and associates by providing policy, coaching and procedure interpretation.
  • Ensure all HRrelated processes are effectively executed within timeline. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for core HR service delivery.
  • Assist associates with inquiries, concerns & needs. Act as an impartial advocate for fair / equitable treatment.
  • Support the review & development of HR policies and processes as necessary for the business;
  • Provide HR related data and reporting to HR Manager and leaders to promote data driven decision making
  • Participate actively in assigned multidisciplinary projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Details:


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or advanced student in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Advanced level of written and spoken English language

Advanced Excel management

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Highly collaborative and operates well in a team setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills to make recommendations & decisions based on solid assumptions and existing policy; courage to coach at all levels of the organization
