The Licensing Analyst supports in the preparation and filing of business licenses and their renewal.

Being part of the License Compliance Services team, as an analyst, you will collect data from various sources, organize the license document, and submit it for filing.

Handling your priorities autonomously is essential in this role, ensuring your client complies with business deadlines, while also collaborating with the Licensing team.

As a License analyst, you will proactively reach out to US jurisdictions for crucial information required for the license preparation.

Cooperating with team members in different locations and time zones, you are expected to demonstrate sound business judgment, seeking guidance from leadership.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare business license renewals based on client-provided data
  • Engage with US local jurisdictions to address license processing issues
  • Effectively manage individual workload and ensure timely processing of licenses
  • Raise pertinent questions during the licensing process and contribute to timely completion of licenses

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills in a corporate setting
  • Open to learning and working autonomously with minimum supervision, demonstrating accountability and excellence in work
  • Proficient in organization and time management, capable of meeting project deadlines under pressure
  • Fluency in English, with strong listening, reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in a business environment
  • Keen attention to detail is crucial
