How You'll Make an Impact

  • Build and maintain an annual sales strategy based on the market trends.
  • Develop Forecast on Order Intake and report on each on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Qualify opportunities through a selectivity process to resolve bid strategy and solution.
  • Develops the market level pricing recommendation based on competitive position, regional strategy, etc.
  • Develops and manages departmental budgets and business plans for the Proposal and Sales Organization
  • Responsible for promoting and knowing the entire portfolio of services.
  • Provide voice of the client needs/competitive intelligence, market drivers and buying influences for the development of new product and service offerings.
  • Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

What You Bring

  • University BS Degree in Engineering Preferred. Business BA degree acceptable.
  • Professional Experience (#10+ years) in relevant experience.
  • Technical Knowledge in Generation Market preferably.
  • English
  • Advanced at professional working proficiency level.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of time.
  • Possess and demonstrate Soft Skills.
  • Extensive commercial development experience including contract and order negotiation experience.
  • Proven sales success in the oil and gas, power generation, or energy service industry.
  • Prior regional customer knowledge and experience dealing with customer issues.
