The Digital Analytics Analyst works with analytics tools in order to achieve the best solutions for our clients.

He/she will draw verifiable experience of at least 3 years in data analysis tools as Adobe Marketing cloud products and / or Google Analytics products.

This must be a highly analytical, detail-oriented, problem solver who is able to find innovative solutions to challenges.


Main tasks:

  • Turn data into insightful findings and business recommendations.
  • Independently conduct adhoc analysis, summarize results and identify actionable ideas.
  • Work effectively with partners and / or other vendors to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Identify potential difficulties that can lead to specific project problems or data / implementation problems.
  • Communicate effectively the status of projects.
  • Participate in definition calls with multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills:


Must Have:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to work with global teams.
  • An advanced / bilingual level of English is essential.
Nice to Have

  • Business Intelligence tools are an advantage (Tableau, Data Studio).
  • Knowledge of analytical tag debugging software (Observe point, Charles) and / or preferred web developer tools is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations research, or marketing is preferred.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
Required Experience

  • Digital Analytics experience (Web, Online Advertising, Search, Social).
  • Practical knowledge of the analytical platforms of the website, including the Adobe Marking Cloud products (Site Catalyst, Ad-Hoc Analysis) and Google Analytics.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Working experience with Power BI is preferred.
