The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Lead to spearhead our development team.

As a tech lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our software development projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring they align with our business goals and technology standards.

You will be at the heart of building scalable, high-performing, and robust telecommunications solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to define project specifications and timelines.

Stay abreast of emerging Java technologies and frameworks, integrating them into projects to keep our solutions at the cutting edge.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), promoting best practices in coding standards, documentation, testing, and deployment methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to your team and stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic planning of technology roadmaps, aligning them with business objectives and long-term vision.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team creativity and problem-solving.

JDK17+, SpringBoot3/microservices, Redis, Kubernetes deployment, Git(basic, rebase, merge), GitLab Pipeline, GitGuardian

Cassandra, Agular, Kafka, API Gateway, JMeter, Swagger/OpenAPI, PlantUML(sequence/flow diagrams), Unix(basic), Postman, SonarQube/Security Scans, Certificate management, Vault/Secret storage/rotation, Eclipse/IntelliJ/VSCode, Jira/Confluence, AppDynamics.
