Working Hours :
Mondays-Fridays 9am-5pm EST


Responsibilities

  • Manage invoices and contracts
  • Documentation
  • Get blogs onto Notion and maintain data cleanliness and organization
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:


  • At least 3+ years of related experience in the same or similar role
  • Mandatory tools: Slack, Notion, Loom, PowerPoint, Basic Excel proficiency
  • Must have accounting and Quickbooks experience
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation and lowcode or nocode tools would be a plus
  • Familiarity with Stripe would be a plus
  • Outstanding analytical skills, detailoriented, proactive and selfmotivated
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
