Our challenge
We're hiring an experienced recruiter to join our team as a TA Professional, focusing on Argentina. You can choose to split your time between your nearest Siemens office and working at home, and we can consider lots of flexible options for your hours of work for create an impact in your country


What you'll do

  • Be the goto partner to hiring managers, understanding their needs and developing effective relationships with them
  • Research and develop insight about the recruiting market, competitor insight and valuable data to support recruiting strategy.
  • Keep our ATS up to date (we use Avature) and be proactive in making our processes more effective.

What we're looking for

  • You'll need to have 5 years of recruiting experience, and it's crucial to have technology sector knowledge or passion.
  • We'll be looking for expertise in sourcing and interviewing and work into our transformation as a process.
  • Talent Acquisition Professional need to be influential and persuasive communicators (both English and Spanish)
