The Role:

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our "SOO" team.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end testing of new features and functionalites prior to release to production and work closely with our product and development teams to resolve bugs.

Responsibilities:

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
Ensure that performance of APIs and quality of products are up to established company standards, guidelines, specifications and customer requirements;
Create detailed, comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases;
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities;
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs;
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved;
Monitor debugging process results;
Investigate the causes of nonconforming software and train users to implement solutions;
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts;
Stay uptodate with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements:

Computer science, computer engineering or software engineering degree
45 years of previous experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
Handson experience with automating web services, REST APIs, using MSTest, SOAP UI or any other similar tools
Handson experience with automated testing tools
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
Knowledge Bug Tracking tools (e.g. Jira )
Handson experience with both white box and black box testing
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
Experience with functional, nonfunctional and regression testing
Experience with
Selenium and Appium is a must:
Excellent Debugging skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Strong Analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good internal and external relationships.
Excellent command of written, read and spoken English
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
