Your mission Will be to

Manage the unit to meet production programs in time, form and quality standards required by the company for local, exports and country / cluster needs
Ensure all activities in the production unit are carried out in compliance with HSE standards; promote ESH & PPS Culture, aligned with "Zero Accident"
Define KPIs metrics, targets and activities to achieve continuous improvement, focused on the business and customers satisfaction;
Enable Product Supply System (PSS) implementation and other continuous improvement activities in order to improve process efficiency and optimize production costs
Work based on the

IMS:
Integrated Management System with actively participation; assure MOC Guideline implementation at his/her unit;

Prepare and managed operating cost to ensure budget goals; detect points to be included in the capital investment Plan
Assure legal unit compliance (permits, SOX, etc)
Be responsible for the development and engagement of the direct and indirect reports Leading the discussion processes of people and development of plans for strengthening human skills, definition of Profiles and Job Description;
Assure a collaborative, strategic and productive relation with Local Union.

Graduated in Engineering or Chemistry
Minimum of 8 years of management experience in production or engineering
Knowledge of legal requirement and its implementation as well as safety standards and obligations
Knowledge on Lean Practices
Knowledge on Cost management
Highly Effective communication skills
Fluent in English
